Cynthia Normandin, President

As president and owner of NTS, Cynthia oversees all operations and development.  She has over 15 years of leadership experience in transportation and logistics management.

Previously, Cindy was a Mathematics teacher at Millis Public Schools.  She earned her bachelor’s degree in mathematics & education from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts.

Ms. Normandin serves as a member of the Board of the Massachusetts Motor Transportation Association.  She is also a member of the Finance Committee for the Sacred Heart Church in Hopedale, MA.

Stephen Normandin, Vice President, Strategy

Stephen is responsible for guiding the long term strategic direction of the company. He works with each different department to research, design, and implement efficiency improvements, part of the NTS commitment to maximum logistics performance.

Stephen is a magna cum laude graduate of Tufts University and received his MBA from Dartmouth College in 2016.
