Cynthia Normandin, President As president and owner of NTS, Cynthia oversees all operations and development. She has over 15 years of leadership experience in transportation and logistics management. Previously, Cindy was a Mathematics teacher at Millis Public Schools. She earned her bachelor’s degree in mathematics & education from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts. Ms. Normandin serves as a member of the Board of the Massachusetts Motor Transportation Association. She is also a member of the Finance Committee for the Sacred Heart Church in Hopedale, MA. |

John Erickson CPA, Accounting Manager As accounting manager, John controls and reports on financial transactions of the company. In this role he works closely with senior management to monitor the company's financial performance as it relates to the current and future financial decision making process. John’s professional background includes 5 years accounting and financial management in the construction industry, 4 years as an auditor in a public accounting firm, as well as 6 years managing a family owned retail food business. Other stats include a BS in Accounting from Eastern Connecticut State University and having honorably served his country for 8 years in the United States Marine Corps Reserve. John’s background brings a unique blend of skills and experience to the NTS team. |

Stephen Normandin, Director of Strategic Initiatives Stephen is responsible for guiding the long term direction of the company. He works with each different department to research, design, and implement efficiency improvements, part of the NTS commitment to maximum logistics performance. Stephen is a magna cum laude graduate of Tufts University and holds a degree in Computer Science. |
